Perel Celebrates 21st Birthday With Animation

Yotam Perel is 21 years of age, and being artist, he’s celebrating with an animation. It’s a music video titled Birthday 21, and because he lives in a country where drinking is allowed at 18, it’s not about getting legally drunk for the first time.
